We are in the process of rebranding YSOFT EveryonePrint (formerly HCP) to YSoft SAFEQ Cloud. SAFEQ Cloud supersedes YSOFT EveryonePrint, also formerly known as EveryonePrint HCP. This change exclusively pertains to the name of the product.

 

No service disruption is planned to impact you and your customers. This step is particularly important for us to make SAFEQ Cloud the native cloud go-to solution and join the official product portfolio within Y Soft.


To ensure a better quality of support for our partners and end-customers, we are migrating all incidents to the Y Soft Service Desk system. From 25 March, Zendesk will no longer be available. There will be two ways to report SAFEQ Cloud incidents:


1.       For existing EveryonePrint partners who don’t have access to the Y Soft Partner Portal yet, new incidents can be created via a new form available at this link.

2.      For partners with access to the Y Soft Partner Portal, we have added a new “Cloud incidents” button on the portal for this purpose.
